The problem with using a Sega Genesis cpu is that it runs at about 8
MHz, or would that not causes any problems and if that's that case then
would a 68000 cpu (10 MHZ) from Shinobe work???
Thanx
Justin

It's a Motorola 68000 processor... Not certain what speed, but I could
have a look. Just open your Sega Genesis and remove that one to fix Q :)
8128 can cross with a 6116 or 2128, watch the speed.

Subject: VECTOR: Cross Check for IC's on a Quantum pcb
I'm looking to repair a Quantum board and have two questions on the sram
and 68000 CPU which the later I can't find anywhere...
1. mb8128-15 is correctly crossed with 6116P-3 IC
Static RAM
2k x 8 150ns (16kB) CMOS
2. mk68000p-6a is there any other version of this CPU I can use, that's
easy to get?
