I have no first hand knowledge of that board but it looks
a lot like a bootleg Asteroids to me, right down to nearly
the same pcb layout (apart from the board split to make it smaller)

You can pull the roms off and read them in, then use ROMIDENT on them and
see if it identifies them.
If you do read them in would you mind emailing them to me also?
I have a different physical style Asteroids bootleg I'd like to try them out on...
