Swap it into another HV cage that works..
Or, is it arcing?
But, I would check ZD901,2.

Subject: VECTOR: WG6100 HV Tech
I have a Space Duel which has a dead monitor. I am only getting 70 to 80
volts on B+. I have installed a Cap kit.
I measured the voltages on Q900 and see 18 to 20 volts on each leg. I
have checked all of the resistors and have done a diode test on Q900.
All check out good.
Tonight I noticed there are some several cracks in the black plastic
case of the HV transformer. How do I determine if the HV transformer is bad?
Thanks,
Scott
