Cinematronics Tailgunner Question

I'm working on a Tailgunner board that has only two roms (R7,T7). The troubleshooting manual, under NO-OP signatures, says that these are 2632 eproms. Are 2632 the same as 2732? I can't seem to read them using my eprom programmer.

The roms are marked SW205001 (EA 8332A157) and SW205002 (EA 8332A157).
