We seem to have had a rash of user's (or user's ISP's) spam filters bouncing
list mail this weekend. I've tried to contact everyone directly, but in case
I missed anyone, people might want to check the archives for the weekend and
see if you missed anything.
We've also had a rash of subscriber's mail bouncing because of full
mailboxes. I try to leave those on for a while if it is temporary, but after
a few days I have to take addresses off. These seem to happen usually after
a new virus outbreak.
While I don't want to use the list to advertise, since there DOES seem to be
a number of people with mail problems -- what your friendly list-admin does
to pay for this habbit is sell virus/spam filtered mail accounts, among
other things.
I've thought about putting together a Vectorlist special mail pacakge, even
talked to Mark Shostak (the owner of vectorlist.org) about throwing in
forwarding for the address @vectorlist.org .
Is there any interest in such a thing ?
