Tech: Tempest Video Shrunk

I'm pretty new to the world of repair. I know a little. I own, and know how
to use a multi-meter, kinda..... ;)

Got a nice Tempest with a 19V2000 Monochrome in it.
Spot killer was on and had no picture. For Fun I did a cap kit on it.
Plugged it into my Battlezone and it works great.

Still no picture when plugged into Tempest.

I pulled Q5002 to turn off the spot killer and found that the picture
showed this:

It is the game shrunk down to a small line. No "Y"!

voltage @ "Y" is 0.1

voltage @ "X" fluctuates.

Now I need help.

What should I check first or replace first?

I do not own a O-Scope.

Other various pics of the project are t1 - t10.JPG

All parts in the cabinet are original, monitor has slight burn from
Tempest. Power Supply, and all boards are original to Tempest.
