Gravitar cabaret/cocktail

Does anyone have any information on these at all? Were any more than 1
cabinet each produced or maybe they were just mockups.

At first though, I would think the mini/CT would use a 13" Amp. But on
second thought, they wouldn't have had a 13" Amp. So, must have been a
19" WG.

A better copy of that commercial would be appreciated too.
