Mini BZ Cardbord Bezel

So looking at Dan's miniBZ pics ( http://www.oz.net/~dans/arcade/battle/ )
reminded me that I need a few things to finish up my mini BZ project.

I'm looking for the monitor cardboard bezel (with all the pretty artwork
on it) and the green tube overlay.

Anybody have one? Or is it available as a repro?
