You can substitute a TDA2003 which is an improved version and direct
replacement for the TDA2002.
Digikey has TDA2003V's in single unit quantities for $2.10 each.
($5 handling fee for orders under $25.)
Else, Bob Roberts has actual TDA2002's for $2.00 each.
