Top Gunner now in MAME

I didn't realize that Exidy's Top Gunner was just added to MAME. Nice! I
guess that makes the last of the unemulated vector games (except for
Rocket Racer & Hovercraft but that's a subject for another episode).

BTW, the source code update was made for MAME version 0.99u1. Zonn's
vector mame is not yet updated (unless I've not seen it).
