  I'm trying to get one going. I have attempted to replace all the TIS98's on the board with various transistors. I have tried TPS98's(These were originally there but installed backwards), NTE 159's and PN3569. And non of them will run it. I have two boards, one works and one doesn't. I have removed only all 10 the TIS98's from the good board and installed them on the other board and it works. So to explain myself better. Both boards will work if all ten TIS98's are installed all on either board. The problem is, I only have enough TIS98's to run one board. So I either need to mix and match or try to find 10 more TIS98's.
  I'm pulling my hair out here. I ordered TIS98's from Bob and he sent me the PN3569's and they don't work. And I bought the 159's from a local shop and they don't work either. I spent $25 only to find the parts won't work.
  Are there critical locations that absolutely need TIS98's and not so critical locations?
  I appreciate the help!
