LV2000 Assembly instructions needed

I picked up a Tempest this past weekend and it had two Zanen 6100 Cap
Kits enclosed and two LV2000 kits that were unassembled. Does anyone
have a copy of the assembly instructions for the original LV2000 kit
that they can point me to or send me? Even a clear picture of the
assembled unit would be great. The PDF I found on Jeff Hexdrix's
current site is corrupted.
