Re: Wells Gardner transistor sub

Ok, I went to DigiKey and did a search for an NPN transistor that could
handle between 300 mA and an Amp and between 80 and 150 volts in a TO-92
case.

The all around best choice (and something commonly found in arcade
games) looks to be the MPSA06.
