WG 6100 Right half defection collapse

I'm posting this as a follow up. Seems a bad Q102 took out the right hand half of the screen (the top half of the screen when oriented vertically like in Tempest). That half was collapsed into a thin line at the center of the screen. The interesting thing is that the multimeter check on this transistor showed it as good. I hope this helps someone else in the future.
