Tempest - Q705 or Q706?

Hi,

I'm looking after a friend's Tempest cocktail, which came to me in a
non-working state. I appear to have fixed all the gameboard issues
and it plays blind, but I'm not getting any X deflection on the WG-6100.

I've swapped a last known working deflection board into the monitor
and it immediately blew fuse F700. I replaced the fuse and swapped
round the connectors so that Q605 and Q606 were driving the X
deflection. Sure enough I now had X deflection, so I've deduced that
either Q705 or Q706 are the problem.

As you've probably gathered, I'm no expert on monitor repairs. I can
just about read most of the schematics and use a bit of swapping
component logic to isolate problems. That's as far as my ability goes.

Is there any way of telling, without access to decent metering
equipment I don't have, whether the 2N3716 (Q705) or 2N3793 (Q706)
are the problem? Also is there a decent source for these two parts
in the UK?
