G08-805 problem

Hi guys,
it seems that my G05 can't regulate the Z signal. The PCB is 100% working and the X,Y and Z signals arrive correctly to the deflection board.
I bought it on EBAY last month and I'm testing it in in my battlezone cab.

So,

Checking the HV board I can see that 400V and 90V are missing.
Any idea?
