Did my question come through?

I didn't get any response to my question about my problem with a k6100 and a LV2000. Did that come through to everyone?
   
  I don't want to be a pest but I have no clue what to look at next. Basically, when I power up the right hand LED on the LV2000 goes out. It works fine when the HV is unplugged.
  
There were a few people who had identical problems on RGVAC but nobody ever posted a solution. Getting desperate....anyone?
