I picked up a Jamma World Cup 90 machine last week... It was quite local to me (North Wales in the UK), and was reasonably priced....

So... Why am I posting this ? - Well...its a Tempest Cab and I plan to get it back to how the Atari God's intended :-)

I'm putting a bit of a blog up on Jammaplus forums if any one wants to watch/read... http://www.jammaplus.co.uk/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=10883

So far, its mostly about restoring the power brick which has been gutted during its life, but a lot more will follow.... Such as the monitor and possible pcb repair... Got to start somewhere from the ground up , so the power supply sounds like a good starting point to me !!

You will need to register to view, but its painless and you won't get spammed... Thats a promise as I'm one of the moderators :-)

I may well be posting on here asking for advice (especially if the pcb needs repair) - but I think I can handle it all.... so far....

Regards, Colin
