Just by chance I discovered the same two days ago when trying to load the images
from MAME and I think the contents from ionpool had the same issue...
Luckily the problem on my SW wasn't any of the mathbox PROMs. So I read them on
my Data I/O 29B - Unipak 2B :-) Then saved them as a file and loaded them one back
onto the programmer without a checksum error. Additionally I burned the -110 PROM
newly (Harris 7643, cross to 82S137) and it worked like a charm. So I expect the files
to be ok.
I can only place the verified files on my site later today (if no one else is quicker).
