Thanks to Zonn, I've gotten a very nice and stable ZVG setup in my
Cinematronics 'Armor Attack' (yes, it's possible to interface the amazing
ZVG to even the Cinematronics monitor!) If anybody still needs the DOS
drive image with correct soundblaster drivers etc., please drop me a line.
But there are some errors in the ZVG MAME code that I'd really love for
somebody to correct - chief among them, 'Sundance' is rotated wrong (it's
upside down.) I think 'Barrier' is as well (though I never play it.) There
also appears to be something funny about the analog control in
'Zektor'. The spinner reads clockwise and counterclockwise at different rates.
This stuff would be most easily correctable in the MAME compilation. If
anybody has an interest in debugging this stuff and updating the version of
Vector MAME, I'd be VERY interested in a compiled executable!
