Damaged star wars cabinet

I have a working star wars UR sitting in my garage. I bought it a ten
years ago, non-working and with some water damage at the bottom. My garage
is very dry (socal) but the damaged particle board has degraded to the
point where the plywood bottom has fallen out. I could screw it back in
but the particle board is so weak that it would just pull out.

So what are my options? Can I repair/strengthen the cabinet or should I
just part it out? In either case I plan to sell it but I like the idea of
selling a complete working game.
