wg6100 HV problem

Hello all,

Trying to figure out a problem with a HV board. I'm pulling about 16v across
R901. R901, and R907 have been replaced with 3.9ohm 5watts. But for the life
of me I haven't been able to figure out why it's pulling that much voltage.
My others are only pulling about 2-3v. Naturally it burns up the resistor in
short order.

q900, and 906 don't appear to be shorted, and I have swapped them for good
measure. I've been taking measurements, and checking everything, and all
seems good. I've been staring at these schematics now for hours trying to
figure out where the problem might be, and I'm at a loss right now. Brain
has officially locked up for the evening.

Hoping one of you guys can point me in the right direction.
