  Well I went through the setup again, for Liberator, and found that I was checking the right pins, but that I had the setup for a different set of pins. So the catbox was just producing an unstable sig. So it's all good. Well except the fact that I'm having a graphics glitch. Trying to trace back where the initial bad sig comes into play, and that seems like a daunting task.

  Thanks for all your help, I now have a better understanding of what I am doing :)
