B&K CRT Rejuvenator 490B Cable Pin-outs

Greetings,

Does anyone happen to have the cable pin-outs for the B&K 490B CRT
Rejuvenator?

I have the manual
(http://www.bkprecision.com/products/docs/manuals/490B_manual.pdf),
but it's
missing the cable pin-outs.

The 490B uses two cables:
- DB9 to Molex (12 pin) (p/n CC-12)
- DB9 to Octal (tube pin-base style, not sure how many pins)

The unit I have is missing the both cables.

If anyone has this unit, I would really appreciate it if you could help out.

Note, this is the 490_B_. The original 490 does not have a detachable cable.
