Stubborn 19v2000

Hey guys,

I spend the evening working on a Battle Zone with a 19v2000 that doesn't
have any Y deflection (typical horizontal compressed line on the monitor
while playing blind).

Three of the fuses were blown on the deflection board, checked the power
transistors and sure enough there were two bad/blown ones.

I replaced the defective transistors and a did a cap kit on the deflection
board and reflowed all of the pins for good measure - I still have no Y
deflection! I've verified the X and Y signals from the PCB all the way up
the wiring harness to the deflection board, what am I missing?
