The data i/o can program that device. You need the correct algorithm disk,
which I have for the Unisite. Unfortunately I don't think my unisite disks
will work in the 2900. I'm not sure which 2900 disks I have, but I'll look
when I get time.
PROM programming is generally not the same between device manufacturers,
although reading of course, is. Which explains the symptoms you're seeing.
