Well typically I replace the pots for Bip and Size with new ones. It does
appear to be a Bip problem, at least partially. The Diagonal lines in test
mode should line up with the edges of the bounding box.
You might also check the values of R71-72 76-77 those are 1% values. There
are also some small caps C63-64 &44, you might try replacing those along
with the Transistors Q2-3 to help eliminate any transients.
IIRC Some people replace the 200ohm Bip pot with a 300 to give a bit finer
adjustment.
I haven't spent much time on BZ boards, but the Tempests I work on that's
what I do.
As for your linearity, it looks pretty close.
Hopefully someone with a bit more experience will chime in.
