Tailgunner Back Door Scans

Does anyone happen to know where I can find a good quality scan of the
Cinematronics back door sheet?
Or could someone scan it in for me?

Also, I don't have the orignal back door. I just have a piece of
plywood. Should I assume it's a 3/4" particle board door with the
backside painted black?

Any pictures would be great if they're available.
