asteroids deluxe with messed up vectors

Hi GuysI'm working on an Ast Deluxe board that plays and enters self test but has messed up vectors. In game mode that objects seem to have vertical lines tearing off them. In test mode the cross hatch is missing in the middle, you can see part of it at the top and bottom.

I'm guessing one of the 191's..All the components post DAC's seem to be fine.
Any ides?
