Most if not all the games that use the pokey random number generator
also test it in testmode. Usually they just read it over and over
and it the value matches the previous value they indicate a failure,
if it does not match they clear the failure. Centi and Milli display
something like P0 or P1 for bad pokeys (random num fail). Sometimes
you will see them flash briefly.
