Check to make sure D100 thur D103 are not installed reversed.

Have a P314 deflection board(6100 XY monitor) that as soon as you power the monitor(game)up it blows F100 and F101 Fuses(5AMP 250W slow blow).It is not the case transistors causing this because i put the deflection board in a working monitor and it does the same thing.likewise the working deflection in the monitor in question and the monitor works fine.All resistors,diodes,and transistors have been replaced in the low voltage section.The only thing i didnt replace was the 2 capacitors at C102 and C103,they are not shorted out at all.Any suggestions will be appriciated.Thanks
