TEMPEST sound problem only in attrack mode

Hi All,

a friend of mihe has a tempest. Everything seems to run in the right way,
test passed, board in good condition; but pcb has 2 problems:

1)in attract mode there is a strong white noise. During the game and during
tests is ok.

2) setting FREE PLAY video is reduced to a horizontal line (no vertical
deflection).

Any idea?
