William,

.3gp is a mobile video format standard. I took the video with my Droid 2
phone. If you install mplayer or vlc on your PC, you will be able to view
the video.

I'm guessing the issue is weak output deflection transistors, but if changing
them doesn't help, I'll check the adjustments and 1495 and VDR. BTW, if my
VDR is bad, are replacements available?

Oh, and yes, it's a WG6100. I should have mentioned that.
