The LM305 voltage regulator at location Q1 has no voltage at "output" pin 8 and "feedback" pin 6. There are .4 volts at "current limit" pin 1. I just replaced this component and there was no change. Can someone tell me what the voltages are suppose to be at these three pins? Thanks in advance for any help.
