I have two 29B's w/Unipak, one is V03 128k and the
other is V06 1meg. Using Promlink (vers 2.02, 2.6 or
3.4) after loading RAM from device, when I attempt to
(8) edit functions -> (2) edit/view RAM I receive a
checksum error #140
Is this a hardware issue with the 29B or a software
issue with Promlink ?
It does this with both machines. I'm reading
small devices 2716,2732 and some 82s123's.
It's been 10 + years since I've dusted off these
programmers so I could be doing something wrong...
I really just need the ability to read/write 82s123's
I have other programmers for 27xx devices.
On a side note; I can buy a used programmer that
does 82s23's. Would I be able to do 82s123's ?
The only difference in the devices is the 23's
are open collector output -vs- 123's are tri state.
Anyone have a good source for 82S123N's ?
Todd
