K6100 D901 replacement

I was looking for a replacement for this diode and found a reference to Bob
Roberts having FR156 (NTE506) as a replacement.

I found a data sheet for FR156 which lists the voltage as 1500v, the data
sheet for NTE506 also lists 1500v. I bought a couple and the package says
1400v.

Not sure why they have changed from what the data sheet says but before I go
putting them in I was wondering if the 1400v part is going to be enough?

Anyone know?
