Done.
THe problem (attached picture P301111_...) was on the sound board: a
defective tantalyum capacitor on 7815 regulator. At the moment I changed it
with an electrolytic one (on the right of TL182 in the attached picture
SP_A0255)

Is it jittering or is it a stable screwed up image? If it's jittering,
look for ripple on one of the power supply lines.
