I would just respond "thats exactly what it should do".
academic excercise noted, but not really understood why you would circumvent
the system anyway, before you start any starwars game, on the mission select
screen or just after, you should push the controller to its extents before
you start firing away.. I thought most starwars players did this anyway?
even if you dont, the effect is minimal, and it rights itself during
gameplay.
and yep, i think ghostly controller movement might be worse, and a bit
complicated for the end result..
