Asteroids no pic

Guys, my Asteroids has been working great that I have over at a friends house (across the street) with 2 of my pins. He had stared to use it quite a bit and was leaving it o n 8-16 hours a day. (he won't be doing to again) ! H e had been playing it quite a bit. It quit working one day last week. No PIC and no nothing. I found both of the 7amp fuses blown on the power brick. I also found both F600 and F700 blown on the deflection board of the 19V2000 monitor.

I replaced all 4 fused and got it back to coining up and playing blind but the F600 and f700 both blow the sec I turn the power own. It looks like I have neck glow and spot killer lit.

Any help on what to check next would be great.  I do have an O Scope but I would need help using it. I a quite good with everythign else. Solder / M-Meter and I think I have a good suppy of part and repare kit or 3 for these x/y b/w type units. I also have a HV probe but have jet to use it.
