Yes it is. The color games that I have (Tempest, Space Duel, and SD's converted to Black Widow, Gravitar, and Major Havoc) use a brick that has F2 populated and the transformer is part number A037395-01. This transformer has a single 50VAC output to power the monitor. The number is either painted in white on the side of the transformer or it is stamped into the bottom of the copper band that wraps around the transformer.

Here's the power output connector P5/J5 from my Space Duel cab:
 

The B&W games, like Battlezone, use a brick where F2 is not populated and the transformer (number A035888-01) has two 60VAC outputs, both of which are used to power the monitor.
Here's the same connector in Battlezone. Obviously, they are pinned different due to the different T1 transformer used.
