Essentially we have :
        1. 15-20Khz oscillator (555 circuit?)
        2 .Spot killer that disables the 555 if no vector activity.
        3 Over voltage detection the also shuts down the 555?
        4. Runs on a +-9v supply
        Most of this exists in a 6100/Amplifone already... ;-)
