Output section mods

Is there a list of Field service guides for the analog outputs sections on
vector boards.

Occasionally I see the odd cap on a MC1495 on Tempest, Or a Diode across a
Dac08, or a pair of Diodes on the output of a Tl082 op amp..

Just curious about these mods.

For the most part, they all look factory.
