Star Wars Video Problem - weak colours

Hi

I have 2 working Star Wars pcbs.

One of them plays perfectly with nice vibrant colours and no other problems
but the other pcb shows weak colours, particularly noticeable on the tie
fighter fire. Also when the Death Star explodes the left side when it is a
red set of circles it is only partially displayed. The chassis
transistors have been recently replaced and the voltages are good.

Has anyone got any ideas, could it be the AVG chip?
