I think Ed at greatplains electronics also has these and may ship overseas.  I use to carry them for years and ship overseas but they price kept rising on them and the margin was very little.  Central makes or will make most of those mpsuXX transistors.

I can handle the United States in a week after I return from the Consumer Electronics Show.  Turns out shipping to other countries sucks big time---who knew?
