Looking back, I'm not really sure why I needed to pull out pin 21 tie it
to +5v. Maybe it was to get a different type of eprom to work? I've
seen a lot of games do the same from time to time such as Omega Race,
Gorf, etc.
My original Tailgunner board had the two masked roms in them, not the
daughterboard.

Thanks for the helpful info! Let us know (Carlos) if you get that board
working. The first time I remember playing an upright Tailgunner was at
a Howard Johnsons on the way to Disney World in 1980. I actually
thought the game was kinda boring then, but now it's one of my favorites
in my collection.
