Space duel trapezoid picture

My space duel suddenly went from a nice picture to having a fairly
significant trapezoidal effect. The bottom of the image is probably
1/2" to 3/4" narrower than the top of the picture. Its not the monitor
as I've tried 2 different monitors with the same result. I twiddled
the size, lin and bip pots to no avail (they work, just not causing
this issue).

Has anyone seen this issue before that can give me a place to start?
