Atari DVG and AVG

I was looking for info on the DVG section of Atari boards
when I came across an old message on vectorlist from Todd Bordelon
about DVGTools

Anyone got any info on DVGTools software that they could send my way.

I tried Todd's email from the message and it is no longer valid.
