I've never seen that either. What are the TTL Chip numbers?
There are a lot of capacitors on that board.
Speeds for Ms Pacs sometimes will use 3 TTL chips & the Speed Demon
enhancement kit used 3 chips (not all TTL).
Probably something out of a Jukebox....
