   Funny. I was just looking for something like this myself. I saw a
reference to the "Midway Test-ROM", but no copies of it. However, the
"ABC Diagnostics Kit" (http://www.twobits.com/diags.html) looked
promising... But I did not want to blow $100 just for it.
