start with the basics, put a meter on the monitor power connectors and see if you get 100-120v ac.

if you do then look on the monitors for fuses,
post the monitor make/model if you reply to this - and if they are wells-gardner 4600 style with vertical pcb's then you need to remove the base pcb and resolder all the sockets.
